Jeanette Finicum Speaks Out On The Death of LaVoy

Jeannette Finicum, widow of slain Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum, recently spoke out on the death of her husband. Talking to Dennis Michael Lynch, Mrs. Finicum discussed the details surrounding the shooting of her husband on January 26, 2016, north of Burns, Oregon.

The family has obtained a private autopsy, however, they are not able to release it prior to the release of the official autopsy by the Federal government.

Additionally, the family attorney traveled to Oregon to obtain information for them, yet was denied access to the SUV vehicle that LaVoy was driving. He will not be given access to the vehicle unless the family decides to press additional legal matters surrounding LaVoy’s death.

Jeanette described her husband as the good man we all know that he was. She believes that he made a split-second decision on that day in January and attempted to diffuse the situation, keep it from escalating, and save the other people in the vehicle.

When Lynch asks her if she believes that her husband was murdered, Mrs. Finicum replies that she believes he “was taken out.” She also went on to explain that the family will be pursuing a wrongful death suit.

Jeanette is a strong woman, as is revealed during this interview. She discusses the kindness of LaVoy and how their grandchildren will not have the opportunity to know this gentle man.

She also tells of her disappointment in the main stream media‘s attempts to portray her husband as a terrorist.

The interview is an important step in understanding everything surrounding the death of LaVoy.

It is equally important to understand his message. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is an overreaching and unconstitutional organization. They should never have been given any authority to police the ranchers.

The citizens of this country need to put our government back in check within the confines of the Constitution.
